THE TOOL IS PROVIDED TO PERMITTED USERS ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND DTTILLP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE TOOL AND/OR THE RELATED DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTIBILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE AND/OR ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE TOOL OR SERVICES OR AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE ATTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE TOOL OR SERVICES AND DTTILLP ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE USER’S USE OF THE TOOL. UNLESS SPECIFICALLY AGREED WITH THE CLIENT, DTTILLP HAS NO OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE SUPPORT, UPDATES, UPGRADES, OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE TOOL.
